Having over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Gowtham is a technology leader and integration specialist who has played a foundational role in the growth and success of Rootware Technologies. Joining the organization in its early days, Gowtham has been instrumental in shaping the company’s technological vision. As the Director of IT, he continues to lead innovation across enterprise integration and digital payment systems with unwavering passion and purpose.
To strengthen his leadership and strategic thinking, he completed the Chief Technology Officer Program from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
Gowtham has been an integral part of the journey behind DPP – Rootware’s Digital Payment Platform. Initially contributing as a senior developer, he played a key role in building and testing core components of the platform. Over the years, he grew into designing critical modules, refining workflows, and at times, redefining parts of the platform’s architecture to meet evolving client and regulatory demands.
He now oversees the full delivery lifecycle—gathering requirements, designing solutions, guiding development, reviewing QA, handling client security approvals, and production rollouts. Gowtham is known for stepping in during critical phases and helping teams solve complex issues quickly.
Beyond his technical contributions, Gowtham is a key member of Rootware’s management team. He has helped shape many of the company’s internal policies, including those related to HR, hiring, and day-to-day operations. A firm believer in creating a people-first culture, he champions employee-friendly practices and strives to make Rootware a place where people enjoy working and growing.
